Maria, also known as Maz, is a reflexology practitioner who qualified 10 years ago. She holds a Level 5 Mastership from Centralia, the highest grade in the UK, and is a member of Professional Reflexology.
Maria specialises in working with clients who have ME, MS, Lupus, and Autism, as well as those in various stages of pregnancy. She has also been supported by The Cornwall Motor Neurone Disease Association.
In addition to reflexology, Maria is a level 3 Reiki mastership practitioner. Both therapies, reflexology and Reiki, are gentle yet effective and are suitable for many conditions or as general maintenance.
