Hannah Nunes
Pilates Instructor
My body based practice began in dance and gymnastics,
which informed my training and working for many years as a masseuse.
This in turn inspired my enquiry to deepen, as I shifted focus to Craniosacral Therapy, tracking the more subtle workings of the body-mind, and the roots of our physical patterns.
Motherhood brought with it another string to my bow, as I trained with Scott Studios in 2014 and established myself as a Pilates teacher in and around Penzance.
In a sense, for me, this has been a full circle. However the focus could not be more different, as the motivation of competition has been replaced with the intention of the healing arts.
It is a joy to share with others a movement practice that I find profoundly helps me to calm my mind and centre in my body.
