As a chef I bring a unique perspective to health coaching. I blend my professional culinary expertise with a passion for empowering individuals to lead healthier land happier lives. With a degree in Culinary Arts and years of experience as a trained chef, I have a deep understanding of the transformative power of food. Now, as a certified health coach, I specialise in guiding clients toward sustainable lifestyle changes that nurture both body and mind. My approach is grounded in the belief that small, meaningful adjustments can lead to profound improvements in health and happiness. I work particularly with women over 40 who are looking to regain vitality, manage weight, and improve their overall well-being.
When I’m not coaching I love running and swimming. I completed a half marathon in 2023 and although I’ll never break any records I love the feeling of freedom that running gives me. I have also recently discovered sea swimming and try and get in at Mousehole harbour a couple of times a week. I’m a great advocate of the health benefits of being outdoors and bring that into my coaching where appropriate.
