New Class: Gentle Yoga & Ease of Movement

Rebecca Ellis is starting a new weekly class on Tuesday evenings, 6.15pm - 7.45pm. Free taster sessions on 14th and 21st June - booking essential. The class is suitable for everyone - complete beginners or advanced practitioners who are looking to slow down and sense into the subtleties of a gentle practice. Perfect if you’re feeling tired, rusty, recovering from illness or injury, or simply wanting to get in touch with your body.

Drawing on a range of body-mind practices, including Hatha, Yin-Restorative, Somatics, Feldenkrais and Yoga Nidra. Rebecca loves to encourage a deep inner listening with a sense of ease, pleasure and fun.
