Chi Kung /Tai Chi
Class on Fridays 11.15am – 12.15pm at Clarence House Therapy Centre £5 per class
Chi Kung are ancient Chinese classes related to Tai Chi. They help to promote awareness, health, flexibility, balance, stress reduction and wellbeing.
The sequences of gentle, slow graceful movement encourage the flow of energy within our bodies. They are innately relaxing, meditative and accessible for all ages and levels of fitness.

Tai Chi and Chi Kung Teacher
I began learning Tai Chi and Chi Kung in 1987 with the Rising Dragon School. In 1992 I completed a teacher training course with Peter Kean Choy. Currently I teach private classes and have experience working with Adult Education and Health Promotions. I have run workshops for people with M.E and cancer as well as adults on the Autistic spectrum. I am passionate about how these practices can have a powerful and positive impact on people’s physical and mental wellbeing. I am also a trained Counsellor, ordained Buddhist and Artist.
